The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has launched an AI-powered Initial Registration platform for property developers.
Faster processing
The system reads documents and extracts data automatically, cutting data entry by up to 80%. DLD says transactions that took around 30 minutes can now be completed in under five.
One system
Project registration, real estate transactions and escrow management are brought together in one connected platform, so developers no longer submit the same information several times.
Rollout
More than 1,500 developers will get a unified dashboard. Major developers will be trained first, followed by the rest in weekly batches of 50 to 100.
