- A developer’s no-objection certificate, subject to the project and contract requirements.

Seller questions
Can I list my property before handover?
You can submit an off-plan property for review. A platform listing does not confirm transfer eligibility; check your developer’s requirements before agreeing a sale.
Do I have to use an agent?
Agent assistance is optional and requested by the seller. You can receive inquiries in your account and choose which ones to accept.
When will my discount appear?
A discount against the original purchase price appears only after our team checks that price against the SPA or Oqood. Until then, only the exit price is shown.
