The Dubai Land Department (DLD) used GITEX Global 2025 to launch a set of technology tools for the property market.
Rental heatmap
The standout for tenants and landlords is an AI-powered rental heatmap that shows real-time rental value indicators for housing units, making it easier to judge whether a rent is fair.
Other launches
DLD also introduced the first phase of its Digital Sale service in the Dubai Now app, an investor AI assistant built with Google Cloud, and a unified customer system developed with Microsoft on Dynamics 365. It also announced work with Dubai Finance on settling digital asset payments in dirhams through DubaiPay.
What it means
Taken together, these tools give buyers, sellers and renters better access to live market data, which helps with pricing decisions on both sides of a deal.
