Real estate brokerage commissions in Dubai reached Dh13.59 billion in 2025, a 31% rise on 2024, according to official figures.

Broker-handled transactions rose 54% to 96,440. The number of registered brokers reached 32,294 by the end of the year, including 13,083 newly registered.
Women in brokerage
There were 11,371 female brokers, and commissions earned by women rose 83% to Dh2.98 billion.
What it means for sellers
A larger, more competitive brokerage market gives owners more choice, which makes it worth comparing agents on track record, not just fees.
