Dubai Real Estate Services Sector Expands as Market Regulation Matures

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) reported steady growth in the services that support property deals during 2025.

Valuers

The number of registered real estate valuers reached 133, with new registrations up 50%.

Advertising permits

DLD issued 26,044 advertising and promotional permits, up 24%. Electronic ads made up 23,521 of them.

Trustee offices

Registration trustee offices grew to 32, a 14% increase, handling 282,661 transactions for 563,920 customers.
