Dubai's rental market grew again in 2025. Registered tenancy contracts rose 6% to 1.38 million, and their total value rose 17% to Dh126.4 billion.

More than 513,000 new tenancy contracts were signed, up 10%, and renewals passed 514,000, up 3%.
More agencies
The number of newly registered real estate offices more than doubled to 4,122, taking the total number of active offices to 10,182.
